Extremely Disappointed With the Refund and Claims Process

I had a very disappointing experience with this home warranty company. After purchasing a multi-year warranty plan, I filed a claim when an issue occurred in my home. Before the claim could even be processed, I was required to pay several service-related fees out of pocket. Unfortunately, the claim was later denied.

I requested cancellation of my policy in late 2025 and received written confirmation that a refund of approximately $900 would be issued. However, many months have passed, and I still have not received the refund. Repeated attempts to contact customer service have been frustrating, as calls are often disconnected or unanswered when I ask about the refund status.

Based on my personal experience, I am very dissatisfied with the service, communication, and refund process. I am sharing this honest review so that potential customers can carefully research and make an informed decision before purchasing a warranty plan from this company.
