I’ve been using Networx for almost a year, and unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. A lot of the leads I received did not turn into real opportunities, with many customers not responding to calls, texts, or emails.
It often feels like the focus is more on charging for leads than helping contractors find genuine work. When I contacted support about these issues, I also found it difficult to get a helpful or satisfactory response.
After nearly a year, I can’t say I’ve seen enough value from the service to justify the cost. Based on my experience, I would recommend that other contractors carefully consider the expenses and lead quality before signing up.
