I’ve had a positive experience with Pulp Publishing House. The team has been professional, patient, and responsive throughout the process, and I’ve appreciated how willing they’ve been to listen and work around my schedule.
As someone going through the publishing process for the first time, the communication and guidance have been reassuring. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been approachable and helpful.
My project is still ongoing, so I don’t think it would be fair to give a final assessment just yet. However, based on my experience so far, I’m happy with the service and look forward to seeing the project through to completion.

I had a very frustrating experience with Modo and was disappointed with how the situation was handled.
The overall process was not what I expected, and when I reached out to customer support for assistance, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. The responses I received were not particularly helpful, and I was left feeling like resolving the issue was not a priority.
For me, the biggest disappointment was the lack of accountability and meaningful customer support. I expected a much better experience from the company.
Based on my experience, I would personally be very cautious about using Modo and would recommend doing your research before spending money with them.
